As a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Technology Expert in Telelink Business Services, you will work in an outstanding team that provides top-level IT services to our customers. You will play a key role in the implementation, presales, and support activities.
Being accountable for
· Matching customer needs to the respective cloud and on-premise solutions by Microsoft
· Creating detailed solution designs based on customer requirements
· Developing implementation plans for the actual solution implementation
· Acting as a subject matter expert during implementations and complex support cases
· Working as a technical lead in the creation of products based on repeatable solutions
· Acting as a mentor for junior engineers
· Acting as the last escalation point for support cases
Having these technical abilities
· Advanced understating of Microsoft infrastructure technologies (Identity, Networking, Storage, and Virtualization)
· Automation experience is required in at least one of the following (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
· Strong experience with hybrid topologies, including design and migrations
· Substantial experience with Microsoft 365/Office 365 migrations, architectures, and troubleshooting is a must
· A good understanding of cloud architecture and technologies based on Microsoft Azure is an advantage
· Experience with Microsoft Cloud Security portfolio would be a benefit
· Microsoft Certifications are required
