then Your mission, should you choose to accept it, might be to step in the shoes of Project Manager in the TBS organization.

Position Highlights:

The primary goal of the Project Manager is to manage the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of project delivery, as well as the customer satisfaction. The Project Manager drives and manages change, manages risks and issues, and serves as a focal point for all engagement-related communications.

Beyond the project management mechanics, the project manager is expected to be a great communicator, leader, and to drive project success. 

What You`ll do:

• Manage customer expectations, the relationships and communication with all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage the implementation of complex mid to large-scale projects.
• Report the project status internally and to the customer stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyze and control key project parameters.
• Participate in the mentoring of junior PMs.

What You bring:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management (external customers projects).
• Strong presentation and communications skills.
• Proactivity and attention to the detail.
• Capacity and emotional intelligence to endure high-stress situations.
• Strong organizational skills and leadership skills.
• Strong command of English language.
• Microsoft Office advanced level – MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint.

Desired Skills/Certifications:

• Project Management certification is considered an advantage (PMP, Agile, Etc.).
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
