Sales Engineer Low-code/No-code solution

Position Highlights

Sales Engineers work with Account Management and engage directly with customers up to and including C-level throughout, first understanding their challenges and business needs, then working to develop the right technical and commercial solution.

Performing for Bulgaria and SEE region, the person in this position manages the solution design and takes responsibility for technical responses to clients via Presentations, Proposals, and RFPs, where required drawing on subject matter expertise from across the business.

Taking this role you will support the improvement of our services, working with Center of Excellence teams on technology assessments, developing new offerings, and sharing customer feedback.

Taking this role,

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with our Sales/Account management department to identify and qualify potential clients in South Eastern Europe.
  • Provide information about the OutSystems platform and our service offerings to potential clients.
  • Consult with potential clients and existing customers to determine their business needs, preferences and requirements and coordinate with Software Development teams to create a comprehensive and customized solution offering.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored customer presentations and technical demonstrations to clients.
  • Conduct evaluations and proof-of-concepts with potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals for new projects and negotiate prices with clients or other parties involved.
  • Develop and maintain specific showcase applications for specific use cases.
  • Coordinate with our marketing teams to craft and conduct strategic marketing campaigns for our service offerings.

What you bring:

  • Degree in computer science or business informatics or comparable studies.
  • Knowledge of front-end languages, libraries and frameworks (HTML/CSS, Javascript/Typescript, React, React Native, Ionic)
  • Familiar with C# and .NET core.
  • Experience in relational database design and SQL (Microsoft T-SQL, PostgreSQL syntax).
  • Familiar with REST API-related topics (JSON, JSON-Schema, OpenAPI/Swagger).
  • Good understanding of Authentication and Authorization related technologies (OAuth2, OpenId Connect, RBAC, ABAC).
  • Existing knowledge of the OutSystems Low-Code Application platform is a plus, but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present fluently in English.
  • Analytical, organized, and structured, and a customer centric and problem-solving attitude.
