The purpose of the Discovery stage is to get a deep understanding of the client’s problems we are trying to solve. It helps our team challenge existing ideas of what the problem and solution might be and discover new ways to tackle them. Sometimes that can also mean proving an easy and obvious solution to the problem, that might seem trivial at first. Here, we need to understand the business problem and how the service is currently being delivered. We take an in-depth look at the existing business processes, the technology that supports them, and how the data flows. This is also the stage where we identify the need for change and determine what innovation, technologies or set of practices are likely to meet that need.

The  Design  stage encompasses the activities needed to design the target operating model, and to confirm the benefits to be delivered by our solution. This stage also establishes the technology requirements and could further assess the organizational capability. After capturing the desired input, each technological and business requirement is thoroughly examined and the solution is specified accordingly. The solution design specification is a comprehensive detailed design that meets current business and technical requirements, and incorporates specifications to support availability, reliability, security, scalability, and performance. By taking our time and focusing our capabilities at this stage we make sure to come up with a well-thought through solution that will meet the client’s needs and solve their business problem.


how we

During  the Realization phase, the holistic implementation of the designed solution takes place, accompanied by initial change management activities. This includes creating new working procedures, testing technology, and trainings. Support structures for sustaining the new operating model, aligned with internal and external stakeholders, are also put in place here. In this phase, the documentation from all previous phases is finalized and compiled to align it with the delivered system. At the end of the implementation phase, the result is evaluated according to the list of requirements and design created in the previous stage.



Achieving a successful implementation requires driving adoption and making sure everyone understands the benefits of working with the new solution. This is one of the most important phases. Change is an incremental process and neither individuals nor organizations adopt a new operating model overnight. We develop an adoption plan that integrates with your workforce and business processes—all in a highly secure environment. The prime ingredient for a successful adoption plan is motivating passionate change agents who can evangelize to the organization to learn more about the solution. This can help take the stress off the core project team while providing a source of feedback. The adoption plan usually contains a mix of activities aimed at maximizing impact of the solution and encouraging adoption. These typically involve enterprise announcements, engagement events and trainings. Successful adoption is a continuous cycle and doesn’t end with deployment, so we can also provide additional trainings on best practices and conduct business scenario and solution workshops where needed.

Post-implementation service support is one of the most crucial aspects of any project. We ensure the necessary resources with the appropriate requisite skill set to ensure a successful production environment after go-live. The purpose here is to guarantee that the solution functions correctly and is operated by means of appropriate logistics, maintenance and support services. This implies maintaining its performance and high-availability under strict SLAs and monitoring its day-to-day operation for optimization and correction activities. Our goal here is to provide a proactive service management that ensures issues are identified and resolved before they affect the organization. This also includes decision making relative to changes to the product support package, process improvements, modifications, upgrades, and future increments of the system, where applicable.
