T’each’one – sparking knowledge

T’each’one is a unique educational space and the first of its kind on the Bulgarian schooling horizon. It brings together technology and teaching in a way that makes both more exciting. For over a year now, it has been inspiring students, teachers, and parents alike.

Created by Telelink Business Services, t’each’one is a place where people in education feel seen, heard, and involved. It’s built on a simple idea: when you give the right tools and a bit of inspiration, impactful and meaningful things tend to happen.

Through immersive learning experiences, it shows how technology can make education more engaging, more practical, and more fun. What about the goal? It’s to help everyone in the process understand and unlock their potential.

T’each’one – implementing educational change

T’each’one didn’t appear out of nowhere. It grew from a clear ambition – to support real, positive change in Bulgarian education. That ambition is part of Telelink Business Services’ broader vision, and this is one of the ways it comes to life.

The approach is to use technology as a tool, not a distraction. Through it, students gain practical, real-world skills like critical thinking and problem-solving, all the things that matter far beyond the classroom.

With a strong focus on STEM, t’each’one helps learners connect what they study with how the world actually works. At the same time, it opens doors for teachers – showing them what’s possible and making new methods feel approachable, not overwhelming.

What it brings on

T’each’one supports all parties active in the educational system through a structured, hands-on approach:

  • Guidance and support for teachers in developing STEM content and effectively using educational technologies.
  • Building connections between teachers, parents, and learners to for strong, collaborative STEM community.

At the same time, the initiative brings consistent value through its ongoing work. It delivers regular training and workshops designed to be practical and immediately applicable. t’each’one helps educators build adaptable skills they can use in the classroom.

One of the toughest parts is coordinating complex educational programs involving multiple stakeholders and stages (so things actually move forward, not just stay in planning mode). Along the way, t’each’one creates adaptable resources that scale with the current educational needs.

And because impact is the focus of the whole initiative, it actively builds a partnership pipeline with clear next steps – turning ideas into working collaborations.

Numbers that matter

We can all agree that numbers are helpful. But what really matters is what’s behind them. And this time, we are looking at curious students, motivated teachers, and a lot of small wins that add up over time. Here is t’each’one’s first year summarized in numbers:

  • 200+ activities delivered (events, trainings, content, outreach, partnerships)
  • 40+ STEAM workshops in t’each’one’s signature classroom format
  • 2 flagship initiatives delivered end-to-end (national scope & multi-stakeholder)
  • 1,100+ students engaged – hands-on learning, teamwork, real deliverables
  • 500+ teachers reached (practical tools, classroom-ready methods)
  • 25+ partner meetings focused on pilots, co-delivery, and testbed opportunities

Conclusion

Education has always shaped how societies grow. Is today’s job in educating the young minds tougher than before? It might just be. We need to prepare young people for a world that keeps changing (sometimes faster than we’d like).

T’each’one doesn’t try to solve everything at once. Instead, it focuses on something more realistic – and more powerful: supporting teachers, engaging students, and proving, step by step, that change is possible and accurate. One year in, the prospects look brighter and bigger.

Sometimes, all it takes is the right environment, the right tools, and someone saying, “Let’s try this differently.”
