Rules and Procedures for Dividend Payout
Telelink Business Services Group has announced dividend payout for 2019 and H1 2020, under a decision of the company’s General Meeting of Shareholders, held on September 10, 2020.
The due dividend is as follows:
Annual dividend for 2019:
- Gross dividend per share: 0,015654532 BGN
- Net dividend per share: 0,014871806 for individual investors
Six-month dividend for H1 2020:
- Gross dividend per share: 0.480298746 BGN
- Net dividend per share: 0.456283809 for individual investors
All individuals and companies, entered into the Central Depository as shareholders by September 24, 2020, are entitled to receive dividend.
The payout will begin on October 7, 2020.
