Meet our trainers

Martin Lipovski

Martin Lipovski

TBS Academy Director

Martin Lipovski has been TBS Academy’s director since it was created in 2021. He started his career at TBS in 2004 as an engineer, taking part in the company’s biggest projects. In the following years he took on different roles, contributing to TBS’s growth – Technical Project Manager, Head of Field and System Engineers, Team Lead Support Services. He supported the presales process in the company and before the start of the TBS Academy, held the position of Technical Operations Manager. Alongside these roles he has been responsible for the company’s cooperation with schools and universities with and has more than 10 years of experience as a lecturer and internships coordinator. Martin holds a Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise certificate, as well as ITIL 3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

TBS Academy Trainer

Yordan Yordanov joined TBS in November 2021 as a trainer in the TBS Academy. Before that he coordinated the IT ServiceDesk team in the Technical University of Sofia and worked as a Microsoft Certified Trainer at Microsoft Imagine Academy in the same university. He has experience as a system administrator in the private sector and as an expert in building the first virtual reality system in Bulgaria –at the Technical University of Sofia and then at Sofia Tech Park. He holds various IT certifications in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, as well as MCT.

TBS Certification Center

As part of TBS Academy’s mission of providing quality end-to-end IT education, in January 2022 we opened TBS Certification Center – an authorized Pearson VUE test center, offering certification exams by the world’s leading IT companies, such as Cisco, Microsoft, DELL, VMware, IBM and many more. TBS Academy’s graduates, who continue their career at TBS, have the opportunity to take an internationally recognized certification exam, financed by TBS, at the comfort of their office.

The Certification Center is open every weekday between 9:00 and 16:30 with a lunch break between 12:00 and 13:00 (schedule may vary). It is located in TBS Bulgaria’s office at Garitage Park and has 2 individual testing rooms, Columbus and Pratchett. The Center is available for external candidates as well, so if you’re planning to take a certification exam, we’ll be happy to welcome you!
