We introduce students to the art of networking—covering protocols, routers, switches, and network architecture. As a vital part of modern communication, mastering networking remains essential. We equip students with technical knowledge, soft skills, and teamwork experience to help them thrive in the tech industry.

Meet our Trainers
Martin Lipovski has been TBS Academy’s director since it was created in 2021. He started his career at TBS in 2004 as an engineer, taking part in the company’s biggest projects. In the following years he took on different roles, contributing to TBS’s growth – Technical Project Manager, Head of Field and System Engineers, Team Lead Support Services. He supported the presales process in the company and before the start of the TBS Academy, held the position of Technical Operations Manager. Alongside these roles he has been responsible for the company’s cooperation with schools and universities with and has more than 10 years of experience as a lecturer and internships coordinator. Martin holds a Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise certificate, as well as ITIL 3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
Konstantin Spasov joined TBS in April 2024 as a trainer in the TBS Academy. He has almost 20 years of experience as IT systems and network support engineer. He has a hands on, practical expertise in the field of service support and administration of different information systems, technologies, and platforms, building and monitoring structures and networks in private corporate and public sector. Konstantin has a master’s degree in Information Systems and Technologies and also has a specialized pedagogical education.
Yordan Yordanov joined TBS in November 2021 as a trainer in the TBS Academy. Before that he coordinated the IT ServiceDesk team in the Technical University of Sofia and worked as a Microsoft Certified Trainer at Microsoft Imagine Academy in the same university. He has experience as a system administrator in the private sector and as an expert in building the first virtual reality system in Bulgaria –at the Technical University of Sofia and then at Sofia Tech Park. He holds various IT certifications in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, as well as MCT.
