As a Director of Service Management Office Vesela Lukarska is responsible for ITIL based processes – Service Operations (Service Desk, Incident management, Problem management, Event management, etc.), Service Design (Service Catalog, SLA, etc.), Service Transition, and is taking a leading part in the Service Strategy.
Vesela is an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry. For over 15 years in Telelink Business Services, she has developed extensive skills in Service Delivery, ITIL, IT Service Management and Pre-Sales. She has also been part of the PMI Bulgaria Chapter as member of the Advisory Board, as well as a Vice President for Membership. She has graduated the Technical University of Sofia with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Management, and has also earned PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
